The Blend You Already Know and Love

If you’ve had a latte or shot of espresso at our café, you’ve already tasted this coffee. Our house espresso blend is a 50/50 mix of Vietnamese Robusta and Vietnamese Arabica.

• Robusta brings the bold punch you expect (and yes — about 2x the caffeine).
• Arabica adds balance and complexity — hints of fruit, cocoa, and sweetness that round out the cup.

Together, they create a blend that’s approachable for everyday drinking yet distinctively Vietnamese.

How to Brew It

This coffee is versatile — it shines across brew methods:

• Home Espresso Machines – thick crema and bold shots.
• Drip Machines – smooth, balanced daily cup.
• French Press – rich body with a strong backbone.
• Phin Filter – traditional Vietnamese style: bold, syrupy, and authentic.
