Every journey begins at home. In our kitchen, we spent countless hours perfecting the recipes that would eventually become the backbone of Càphin Minneapolis. From testing brews on our humble home espresso machine to experimenting with the rich, bold flavors of Vietnamese coffee, this stage was all about laying the foundation for something bigger.

On the Road: Coffee Trailer
In 2023, we took the next step in our journey by launching our coffee trailer. With this mobile café, we brought the authentic flavors of Vietnamese coffee to the streets of Minneapolis. From farmers markets to local events, the coffee trailer allowed us to connect with our community, building relationships one cup at a time and introducing people to the rich heritage of Vietnamese coffee.

A Home in Linden Hills
In February of 2024, we found a permanent home in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. Our brick-and-mortar café is where tradition meets modernity—a space where we can share our love for Vietnamese coffee with our community every day. This café represents more than just a physical location; it's a place where stories are shared, and community is built over every cup.
